This is the speech I gave at Sam Houston State University in June 2015 as an “audition” to be considered for the TedXFulbright “Fights Worth Fighting” conference, which was held September 2015 in Los Angeles. I did not get the invitation to speak; however, I feel that I learned from the process and that my audience in Huntsville enjoyed and profited by the speech.
